What's new in Mikrotik RouterOS version 5.18 (2012-Jun-21 17:20):


  • Fixed upgrade problem when it failed with error "disk is too small" while there was plenty of space left
  • Fix health and poe access reliability on OmniTIK UPA and RB750UP boards
  • Sstp - improve initial handshake to better handle many new connections
  • Wireless - do not use bridge and WDS mode on AP-AP links, causes loops
  • Dhcp ipv6 pd client - fixed ipv6 pool creation after reboot
  • Dhcp ipv6 pd client - added option add-default-route
  • Sstp - fixed connection idle time reporting
  • Fix bad block count not to increase on Samsung K9F1208U0C nand
  • Snmp - fix dhcp lease table, snmp reported an incorrect information when a static lease had configured different address than current active address, this should also solve problem with dude polling same leases over and over again
  • Fix RB1100 crash on interface disable/l2mtu change/reboot
  • Dns could not resolve some domain names, was ignoring replies with DNAME RRs
  • Fix firewall log action - sometimes was not logging mac addr

Open your terminal and install openjdk-6-jre

:~# apt-get install openjdk-6-jre
This work fine for my ubuntu 12.04

How to Fix UniFi Controller Cannot locate Java Home [ fail ]
Untuk langkah-langkah instalasi unifi bisa lihat disini
Untuk instalasi unifi ini saya terapkan di linux ubuntu 12.04
Langsung saja ke pokok permasalahan, setelah unifi berhasil terinstall pada terminal muncul seperti ini
* Starting Ubiquiti UniFi Controller unifi  Cannot locate Java Home    [fail]
tapi tenang saja, itu terjadi karena kesalahan pada konfigurasi unifi

Bagaimana cara memperbaiki kesalahan konfig unifi ??
Langsung saja buka terminal anda dan ketikan perintah berikut, anda bisa menggunakan editor lain nya
sudo gedit /etc/init.d/unifi
kemudian cari
JAVA_HOME=/usr/lib/jvm/java-6-openjdk/
dan ganti dengan ini ( directory java yang terpasang di ubuntu 12.04 )
JAVA_HOME=/usr/lib/jvm/java-6-openjdk-i386
atau anda pastikan dahulu dimana directory java yg terinstall di pc anda
Jika sudah jangan lupa save
Untuk menjalankan unifi ketikan perintah berikut
sudo /etc/init.d/unifi start
Untuk mematikan unifi ketikan perintah berikut

sudo /etc/init.d/unifi stop
Hasil nya seperti gambar berikut ( unifi controller OK )




Jika sudah berhasil langsung saja buka browser dan ketikan alamat ini untuk masuk ke unifi controller yang sudah kita install
https://(ip pc anda):8080
hasil nya seperti gambar berikut, anda bisa langsung login dan konfigurasi unifi

one by one on terminal

sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/oracle-java7-installer*
sudo apt-get purge oracle-java7-installer*
sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/*java*
sudo apt-get update
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:webupd8team/java
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install oracle-java7-installer

or

sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/oracle-java7-installer*; sudo apt-get purge oracle-java7-installer*; sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/*java*; sudo apt-get update; sudo add-apt-repository ppa:webupd8team/java; sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get install oracle-java7-installer;

work fine on my ubuntu 12.04
